James Alexander was born out of the south east end of London and raised in Dulwich. He lived in London for ten years before relocating to Somerset; a sunny country environment of thatched cottages, cheddar cheese and rough cider.

He travelled to New Zealand 14 years ago on a 3 month cycling holiday. He never went back. The culture, hospitality and freedom he discovered, blew him away. Experiencing and witnessing the positive, “Kiwi can-do attitude was an inspiration. His future was in NZ!

James is an experienced negotiator bringing 17 years previous selling experience from his past profession succeeding as top salesperson for every firm he has ever worked for. His philosophy is simple: Go the extra mile, exercise integrity and sell with absolute passion!

After a ten year stint in Auckland and a couple of years back in the UK, his Kiwi wife Paula, suggested he would make a brilliant Real Estate Agent back in her home town, Waipu. A new life in the tropical north began!

The change proved to be lucrative. Sheer hard work, persistence and smart operating definitely paid off. 3 years later, Paula is now James Personal Assistant and they have recently celebrated the arrival of their first child – Nico Isaiah Alexander.
